No. Plug-in hybrid (PHEV) and non-PHEV versions use different suspension. Check the Vehicle Fitment table and choose the kit that matches your powertrain.

Notes from the guide
On some Tank models the rear upper control arm interferes with the reservoir. Flip the upper control arm 180°.
